This past Tuesday, the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV) authorized the country's first regulated tokenized issuance led by Dianelum, a company specializing in sustainable diamonds. Dianelum is launching its financing operation using Token City's primary issuance platform.

This issuance also involves Ursus-3 Capital, the first entity in Spain licensed to operate as a Registration and Record-keeping Authority (ERIR) which uses Token City's ERIR platform. Ursus-3, supported by Onyze for custody technology, ensures the security immutability and regulatory compliance of issuances.
