Over two days, this Conference organized by the Banking Law Section of ICAM will analyze current issues in the banking and financial sector, such as European and Spanish regulation on DLT and digital assets; the digital euro; tokenized private money, with emphasis on stablecoins, e-moneytokens and tokenized deposits; or the table on Banking and DEFI, among others.

In addition to the presence of Yael H.
